We provide a full bike service for road, gravel, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes. We can also help build your new bike if you already have the components and we can also box your bike if you are travelling. Ad hoc workshop services are also available and we offer for a fee an Express next working day service.
WARRANTY SERVICES
Existing Bike Customers Admin Fee - £0
New Customers Admin Fee - £50
Express Next Working Day Booking Fee - £100
For any warranty cases, please book a time slot first and then only send us an email to warranty@lapbikes.com with:
1) Writing on the issue
2) Picture of your full bike
3) Picture of the issue
4) Frame number written on the email
5) Picture of the frame number
6) Original purchase invoice
This is the only way we can process cases and due to time constraints, our team is only able to respond if you booked a warranty slot and sent all the information.
Due to the technical aspect of bikes, our mechanics cannot help over the phone with warranty cases nor advice without seeing the bike. We also are not able to accommodate walk-ins due to the pre-scheduled nature of the workshop day.
