Featuring a slightly narrower toe box and a tighter heel, with a firmer grip and less overall volume. Designed for very high-cadence riding, with a slimmer and stylish performance fit.
Inclusive of the Lake Race 100% Carbon Fiber Sole for super stiffness and performance. Available in a 3-hole cleat pattern, the CX333 utilizes Lake’s patent double sole system. The inner sole is a semi-flexible fiberglass platform, that allows the foot to have ample flexibility at the ball of the foot where the swelling can be prominent, and typically hot spots or numbness would occur. The inner sole is then suspended over the outer rigid carbon sole. This unique system enables to use an extremely stiff carbon outsole, without sacrificing riding comfort, giving you the ultimate balance of performance and endurance.
The integrated tongue helps evenly distribute pressure across the foot and enhances the wrap-around feel for greater stability and comfort.
The CX333 comes with a choice of leather. You can have either Klite Kangaroo leather with a supreme quality leather lining (in the Black/Silver & White/Black colours), or Clarino Microfiber upper with Outlast temperature regulating lining (in the White colour). A Carbitex arch support panel and a heat moldable internal Thermaform Carbon Fiber heel counter provide you with the most secure fit possible.
The upper materials offer a flexible yet supportive feel, while the carbon sole delivers efficient power transfer during high-output riding.
BOA® Fit System Li2 dials. The Li2 dial is the most advanced platform in cycling, offering a precise, micro-adjustable fit in both directions and designed to resist abrasion.
